Fact: Polling workers are not allowed to restrict the voter from using a type of pen outside of Red Ink. They can only suggest.

Fact: You do not know for certain his vote was counted or not.

Did you mark your ballot with a sharpie and then look at the other side of it ? I did use a sharpie and it was ruined.Black circles all over the place where there shouldn't have been.I don't know if California uses the same paper as other states but that sharpie does not work.It bleeds through big time.

It will go one of two ways, either they will rule that all the unconstitutional
mail in ballots will be removed and the states ordered to recount without them or they will simply rule the election is invalid due to mass voter fraud and at that point it will be sent to the congress and senate for a vote.
This is where it gets good. The house/congress votes on who the President will be. It has nothing to do with what party that has power. Every State gets one vote and 30 States are held by Republicans.and 19 by Democrats. They have to vote down party lines, they have no choice due to the 12th Amendment of the Constitution and the Senate votes for the Vice President where a similar event will take place.

On fear of what will happen if Biden wins. Some people think all guns will be taken away others think abortion will be mandatory, whatever they are scared of is going to happen. For the ones that voted for Trump because they liked him. I don't have an explanation
