The neurological and psychological study of biology and political orientation has become a very interesting and hot field these days. It suggests our political philosophies may be more biological predisposition rather than cognitive choice. Some of the FMRI research is really festinating. Poke around Google Scholar and you can find tons of this stuff.

Here's a quick overview of some of the early seminal studies. Check out the reference list at the bottom.

Everyone on this thread should start a bluegrass band together!

Because you all sound like the guys that play in bluegrass bands. We need more women in this thread to really push to the next level of complainment.

^Like the biology , but orientation better used for attraction. Should be logic applied to decisions, it's a matter of understanding.

While there is theory of people being a certain way and being able to change. We all share a pretty common consciousness, and if were paying attention we should get it by now.

Holy hell what a dumb thing to say.

Are all elites stupid, along with the people who buy into them....

Food for thought in this video. I really do not like Hannity. Kinda on my wish to fight list.

FMRI research literally views the elecro-mechanics of brain stimulation in real time. There are people like me who are very curious about how this stuff works and how it's being used. Like it or not, political strategists are paying for this kind research, and are using it to influence voting. Why not see their playbook, because the game being played is how to influence you.

Who whould trust WIKI on this ???????  A compendium of idiots!  Just because you can shout aloud, doesn't make you "TRUE".

Relax Mike. This is not a diatribe trying to brainwash you into joining a cult, it's a description of what this field of study is, and how they study it. The references are journal published research studies where no one has skin in the game other than curiosity. The people paying actually want the truth so they can exploit it.

On the cover of the hitchhiker's Guide to The Galaxy it says "don't panic".
