It suggests our political philosophies may be more biological predisposition rather than cognitive choice. Some of the FMRI research is really festinating. Poke around Google Scholar and you can find tons of this stuff. Here's a quick overview of some of the early seminal studies. There are people like me who are very curious about how this stuff works and how it's being used. Like it or not, political strategists are paying for this kind research, and are using it to influence voting. Why not see their playbook, because the game being played is how to influence you.
