MikeRL411
Why in the cornbread hell do manufacturers put those damned A2 front sight gas blocks on an AR with a flat top receiver? I can't imagine they are any cheaper than a Picatinny rail block. Dedicated casting vs small hunk of billet? C'mon! So that you can install and use a flip up rear sight ? Not every one uses a red dot or scope. Quote Link to comment
G-Duax
A flip-up rear sight is best used with a flip-up front sight.... :D 3 Quote Link to comment

I can see that as an argument, but the chances of them lining up seem... iffy at best, to me. 1 Quote Link to comment

mainer311
Looking for a bi-pod, any recommendations? I don't need an $200+ one either. :) I've always been a fan of the folding Harris Bipods. I have about 3 of them. 3 Quote Link to comment

G-Duax
My old AMT Hardballer has been serving me well for 30 years. But I've replaced a few parts with better ones, and have done a lot of work to it to tighten it up. They only go for $500-ish on GunBroker. 1 Quote Link to comment
