Bob3
Apparently there is a picture on the MX520 in the current issue of Super Street Magazine. I am traveling and have not found a copy yet, but a few of my buddies have informed me that they have seen it. It is the SEMA "Best of the Best" issue. Post it up if you find one! 4 Quote Link to comment

ol' 320
Bob: Any updates? What are you building now? 1 Quote Link to comment
spdcrazy
not sure what else he is working on, but I got a ride in the 520 just two days ago. wow what a machine. very well balanced. and bob's footwork is amazing. Cool to see a Datsun running faster lap times than some 50hp+ American muscle autocross built cars. 2 Quote Link to comment
frank88
Hi Bob. For me this is one of the best build threads on the net and for my long term plans, one of the most useful. I was wondering if you'd consider putting your build photos on Dropbox or Google drive etc to allow others to continue to appreciate your hard work here? Photobucket have really shaken car forums with this move. 1 Quote Link to comment

wayno
Yea it is kinda sad, Photolame screwed over forums world wide. You really only have 2 choices, fix them or forget about them and move on, fixing them will take days if not weeks depending on how many hours you want to allocate towards it each day, I myself have decided it is too big of a job for me, I have thousands of photos hosted with that site and you had a few years head start on me as I remember looking at your thread before I ever even joined Ratsun, actually I didn't really pay attention to where the photos were, I just wanted to see the photos and make plans for my future build. Mike K suggested I join Ratsun and make a thread about my 521 kingcab, that is obvious if one reads the first several posts of that thread, it was fun, but things change and the changes are not always the road I would take, but I am not driving on this bus trip, people get on and stay a while and then sometimes get off to never be seen again. I am happy I found your thread Bob, I likely would never had made my 521 kingcab if I had not found it when I did, I told the guy about your thread as I was picking the back half of a 66 520 cab from him to start my 521 kingcab, the guy thought I was crazy but I was so happy to find a decent cab with good rockers I didn't care that he thought I was loony. If you do fix the photos in your thread you will add a significant number of views to your thread doing it. 2 Quote Link to comment
thisismatt
I'd be willing to rehost if you'd like. 2 Quote Link to comment
