fisch
Man it feels good to be posting some new art again!!! This is the Mike Klotz NL320. I even put a mid 60's Oregon license plate on there! It is one of my favorite Datsuns ever, and it was a pleasure to draw. Mike and I did an exchange. Art for some of his custom parts (which are art too!) He was a very patient guy waiting for me to be able to fit this in the schedule, and I can't thank you enough Mike! It is pretty much a straight up portrait of the truck, with the exception that we threw the roadster hoodscoop on there. Such a cool mod. (I hope you do it for real Mike!) I uh... added a passenger. Hope you like her Mike:D, but I can always pull her off when I make the print if you'd prefer! Adding pin ups is something I would like to do to all future Datsun drawings:D! Hope y'all dig! crabbyone
So cool, especially since I have had the pleasure of riding in the subject vehicle. The young lady is a perfect embellishment to the vehicle. Wish I had a suitable subject for your attentions....very nice work. Quote Link to comment

mklotz70
OMG!!! I can't stop grinin' and starin'!!! You rock dude!! You thanking me.....?? ...are you kidding?!!! You are so welcome!! I'd have waited a lot longer!! Thank you for waiting so long for me to send the parts!! :) Geez...I guess I should have quit watching TV sooner!!! :) Dang....I'm thinking I'm gonna have to keep the rig a bit longer now!!! :) Seeing the scoop on there got me to thinking about how to put it on without screwing with the paint......I think I've figured out how to do it...but it will be black....but I won't have to change the hood at all. Kinda makes me wish I hadn't painted the grill!! I just wish it looked that good in person!! It's sitting outside in the pouring down rain....trying to freshen up her patina for next year :) Holy cow Scott.....I'm at a loss as to how to express my gratitude!!!! Thank You!!! Seriously....my jaw is starting to hurt.....I haven't smiled this much in weeks...maybe months!!!! :) Quote Link to comment

Jester
Fisch......YOU SUCK! No Ratsun sticker in the back window!:lol::lol::lol::lol::lol::lol: In all seriousness, this is the $hit. I have been looking for about 10 minutes just taking in all the little stuff. I love the slightly rusty grill, one bumper guard is rusty the other is not. This is awesome. If you could just put a saddle blanket inside for the seat cover (something with a lime green, red, and black), that would be to a "T" of Mikes truck. Nice work Bro. YOU ROCK!!!! AZhitman
Simply stunning. Scott, you are so damn talented. I'd ask you to do one of my cars, but you've already done a 411 and a 320! :) Quote Link to comment

djlotus
Awesome picture! Couple more and we can get a calendar out of you :) And maybe it's just me but the stance and scoop give it a kind of el-camino/ranchero vibe. Quote Link to comment
