Farmer Joe
how do those connectors come apart? i dont see it sliding apart like that... both those breakdown points would have to be parallel with eachother to slide out like that... Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Got most of the fab out of the way as far as the frame goes. Dug in to the timing chain this weekend. Thanks to Shonuff, everything went pretty quick. I still have to put it back together, but I have everything ready to go so the motor should be back together tonight. Pics... BTW there was a bit of a rattle on startup, I think we found the problem  ..and for those that were asking about the engine bay crossmember. Easily removed with an allen wrench and leaves plenty of room to work. ...and what happens when your buddy helps out. Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Finished up the rear mounts and splashed some paint on the frame. Got the axle put together, one of my ubolts is to short so I need to get that remade. Picked up an early 720 steering column, should bolt right up for the most part. Still need to do the radiator, tie rod and drag link, brake lines and fluids. Should be done just in time to load it up on Thursday and go camping for a week. Quote Link to comment
goes2fast
There will be pics of the camping trip, right? Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Of course :) Got my radiator modified. Step one: Destroy a perfectly good radiator to figure out how it is put together  Step two: Pick up another radiator at pick n pull and be more carefuller this time. Step three: Modify the new outlet to match the one that was cut out. Step four: Solder shit Step five: Enjoy new clearance. Tonight will be steering. Then it's time to make sure all the bolts are tight and everything has fluids. Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Can't wait to see this finished up and on a trail! Quote Link to comment
