]2eDeYe
Can't wait to see this finished up and on a trail! Me too! wooo hooo . resourceful... nice job on the radiator...looking forrward to seeing it in the mud Thanks, :D  closer and closer every time i stop by this thread!!! A little more closer now  Steering is almost done. I need a hydraulic adapter to mate one of the Nissan hardlines to the Toyota box. The other line bolts right up. Hopefully I can get the adapter after work today. Tie rod is in. Drag link is alsmost ready. Need to drill some holes in the pipe for some plug welds and burn it together. Sitting on the suspension now. So close. :D I am going to run the stock bumper for camping, just do not have enough time to finish up the winch bumper. At least I'll have 4 wheel drive this year. :) 2 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Thanks guys. :) Made it out and home with no issues. Of course I still haven't put the front driveshaft back in. I need to find the correct power steering lines, the throttle body style doesn't really work to well with the larger intake plenum. I had to adapt the Nissan lines to work with the yota box so that will need redone when I source the correct setup. Works well enough for now though. home made adapter kit, I'm no plumber lol Works pretty good. Shocks n stuff all mounted up. I need to order some more appropriately sized shocks, these are way to huge  Engine bay shot. Packed up and headed out. Gonna need some bigger mud flaps. :D Camping! Fuck ya! Campfire cooking some Ling Cod my buddy caught before camping. Shovel Oven Natures Art Stops here and there Packed up and headed home. Dog tired dogs :) Hope everybody has as good of a weekend as I did. Quote Link to comment

Shonuff
flashback to getting ready...barely 50miles from camping and i show up at the hippy's to caravan...Needed to batten some hatches and put the rear 35's on. Problem was the OG rear end was a bit skinnier then the front but a dude up the street had a set of spacers for sale. Went on a adventure 1 block away for more then a hr to unbolt 2 2in spacers from a parts rig :o:installed the spacers themselves were outside the bodythis is how much the bolted up tire is out of the fender on the frontthe backturns out the tires are too big loli had a plan... and made hippy make the first cut :_|_:fluids tight and nuts wet, lets load upon the road....camping, fuck ya! Jester
Nice job Steve! Glad your weekend shake down went well. I know how those last minute things can stack up. I was prepping my old flat fender Willys for Foster Mud Flats one year and ended up pulling an all nighter. Finally put it on the trailer about 4am. Never did get the brakes bleed till the event. Good times! 1 Quote Link to comment
