All that Tre45on had to do was give all the documents back to the National Archives when requested.

If he had just pulled over when asked, all probably would have been forgiven. Maybe a slap on the wrist

But no, he fucked himself up real good playing shell games etc. because he is out of control.

Just the quality we as a nation need in a leader.

Taking a chance here at poking the hornet's nest - how on earth do you guys KNOW anything? Right and left, all of you are simply determined that your side of the story is the right side, and that the other side is lying, dishonest, or otherwise concealing the truth.

If history has taught me one thing it's that we, the people, never actually are told the truth about anything of significance. At least not the whole truth. I don't believe anything unless I see it, do it, try it, make it myself. On top of that, history reveals itself only over massive amounts of time have passed. No trial will reveal the truth and I'm certainly not going to believe any fuckin nutbag right or left wing media group to tell me the truth. So you guys that know exactly what's going on...you're being fed a bunch of loaded bullshit and you're believing it.

Unless we're talking about food, cars and trucks, women or whisky, opinions don't fucking matter to me.

Well this is hitting the nail on the head. Even if you see it, do it, try it, experience it you can in rare cases be fooled and be wrong. Best to trust your own senses, imperfect as they are. So, from now on start saying "alleged" after everything you hear from the media and on line. If it looks bad, it's probably far worse.

Jesus, I wish Dad was still here, to clear this all up! 🙏  Dad was a lifelong Democrat (bless his heart), but the political arena was nothing like it is today.  I promise you, he is rolling in his grave over this disaster of an "administration" we currently have!! 😡😆

dhp123166 you are posting a LIBERAL article, published by NPR which is a deeply liberal entity, so YAY! 🤣 I hope you have a thick skin, cuz there really are not many liberals here......plenty that don't exactly like Trump, but at least have open minds & believe in We The People & this country.  Many (not all) liberals are blind to what is happening, what the left is doing to this country.  All I suggest to my liberal friends & acquaintances is, stop watching so much CNN MSNBC etc.........your brain will rot...............try listening to other news, like Mike Huckabee or Centerpoint or Flashpoint.  I understand that many feel the same way about Fox News, but there are other conservative channels out there too.  I'm not suggesting you ONLY watch these, but watch & listen to more than that other TRASH................

It seems as if the TDS has flared up again. You want quality in a leader ? Like the leader we have now ? My problem with this mess is it's ok for plenty of others to do the same things Trump has done but if Trump does it it's criminal.Do you really NOT see the hypocrisy and double standards here ? Go after Trump, that's fine. But you better go after others also and don't ignore their behavior.Everybody's still scared of a guy that's not even a politician at this time.

Here are the bullet points of what the Presidential Records Act of 1978 states; directly from the National Archives if anybody cares;

Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978

The Presidential Records Act (PRA) of 1978, 44 U.S.C. ß2201-2209, governs the official records of Presidents and Vice Presidents that were created or received after January 20, 1981 (i.e., beginning with the Reagan Administration). The PRA changed the legal ownership of the official records of the President from private to public, and established a new statutory structure under which Presidents, and subsequently NARA, must manage the records of their Administrations.  The PRA was amended in 2014, which established several new provisions.

Specifically, the PRA:

  • Establishes public ownership of all Presidential records and defines the term Presidential records.
  • Requires that Vice-Presidential records be treated in the same way as Presidential records.
  • Places the responsibility for the custody and management of incumbent Presidential records with the President.
  • Requires that the President and his staff take all practical steps to file personal records separately from Presidential records.
  • Allows the incumbent President to dispose of records that no longer have administrative, historical, informational, or evidentiary value, once the views of the Archivist of the United States on the proposed disposal have been obtained in writing.
  • Establishes in law that any incumbent Presidential records (whether textual or electronic) held on courtesy storage by the Archivist remain in the exclusive legal custody of the President and that any request or order for access to such records must be made to the President, not NARA.
  • Establishes that Presidential records automatically transfer into the legal custody of the Archivist as soon as the President leaves office.
  • Establishes a process by which the President may restrict and the public may obtain access to these records after the President leaves office; specifically, the PRA allows for public access to Presidential records through the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) beginning five years after the end of the Administration, but allows the President to invoke as many as six specific restrictions to public access for up to twelve years.
  • Codifies the process by which former and incumbent Presidents conduct reviews for executive privilege prior to public release of records by NARA (which had formerly been governed by Executive order 13489).
  • Establishes procedures for Congress, courts, and subsequent Administrations to obtain “special access” to records from NARA that remain closed to the public, following a privilege review period by the former and incumbent Presidents; the procedures governing such special access requests continue to be governed by the relevant provisions of E.O. 13489.
  • Establishes preservation requirements for official business conducted using non-official electronic messaging accounts:  any individual creating Presidential records must not use non-official electronic messaging accounts unless that individual copies an official account as the message is created or forwards a complete copy of the record to an official messaging account.  (A similar provision in the Federal Records Act applies to federal agencies.)
  • Prevents an individual who has been convicted of a crime related to the review, retention, removal, or destruction of records from being given access to any original records.

Are you not capable of thinking and speaking for yourself with anything of substance ? Copying stuff doesn't help you much.Makes you look like another sheep.

It goes on on both sides. I remember Hannity screaming impeach Obama until I couldn't stomache listening to that guy. I really just want some factual news but all we get is some bloviating Dingleberries on both sides screaming how the other side is lying crooks. Sadly they are correct.

Yeah, who in their right mind would want to fook up the quality from what we have in the team we got in the control modules currently ??

Also trigger the 'Bold' script if you would; easier to spot. Got my arse ripped here a couple years ago for using oversize script.

Have as a nice life as you dare !!

One side supports killing the unborn like it's a hobby.

One side supports sexualizing everything, no age limits.

One side supports a globalist agenda.

One side supports normalizing mental illness.

One side supports socialist/communist ideologies.

One side supports equality of outcomes, regardless of merit.

One side supports itself controlling your children.

One side supports your total self deprecation.

One side supports...ad nauseam

There are terrible individuals on the other side also, this is a given.

Business was great under Tre45on.

Business is great under Biden.

How much of this doom 'n gloom of both administrations had/ has any bearing on my day to day?

None to very little.

Oooh, prices on everything are rising? For the life of me I can't find in the Constitution where it is promised that we Americans get low prices on everything forever and ever.

I don't have enough? So what, I am in America, the land of opportunity. I am an American, I go out and make more money and lo and behold I now have more money.

When I listen to Tre45on badmouthing this country saying what a disaster it is, him being an alleged rich man, I know he is nothing but a whining, complaining, spoiled victim of a white man who has had everything handed to him his whole life.

Except his numerous fuck ups and disasters, those he has done all by himself.

One side is pro-life, until you are born, then you are on your own.

One side has done nothing about sexualization purveyed by mass media and industry for decades because there is too much money involved.

One side denies human nature and is steadfast about creating an underclass that it can project everything it hates about itself into.

One side chooses as it's figurehead a person who praises dictators and despots because that is what he wants to be.

One side supports itself by wanting to control your women.

I won't even quote all that left wing nut copy and paste crap because whatever it's supposed to mean only seems to apply to Trump. Not Biden,Obama,Clinton,Pence etc. They all have taken records home without consequence. One of them stored it in the trunk of a car  ???? But,but, but, but Trump my ass.

It seems like long ago, but there was a time I enjoyed debate, that time has gone. Trump is and was an ignorant, arrogant, ass. I voted for him twice and if he is the Republican candidate will vote for him again. Speaking of Republicans, for the last few elections and for the foreseeable future I vote a Republican ticket, and I think most of them are assholes. Why would I do this? Why would I admit this? For as screwed up as Trump and the Republicans are, they are better than the Democrats--bloviated, pseudo-intellectual sycophants, who should be first against the wall if my country finds its backbone.

I am glad I stopped following the Trump "trial", because really truly cross my heart and hope to die...I don't give A f***.

1 million people could have incontrovertible evidence that Trump had sexual relations with a sheep and cleaned his pecker with the Constitution and I would still choose him over a damn Democrat.
