I would think that $250 would be a reasonable price. I just happened to log on tears ago and the post was fresh. PM'd the guy and that was it. He said they were found in the trunk of a newly bought 510 and he was motor swapping and had no use for them. I figures for $50 I'd take a chance but they lookgreat and bet they were pulled off a JDM motor back in the '80s and never used.

This is what $50 gets ya...

Im personally amazed at the prices these cars are going for. Especially when I compare them to other cars I would like to drive and own.

When I bought my car, I could have bought any one of 3 cars I wanted with my money. Now I could sell my car, and buy both the other cars and still have money left over.

Am I complaining? eh but its kinda taking the fun out of it.

That's not that horrible a price for a B110 sedan that is running. The Cali back fees would ruin it though. Also I shudder to think about what rust may be hiding.

come to quebec then ... the last two decent condition 510 for sale were 8500$ and 13000$ ...

the 13k one was painted flat black and the add was saying : zero rust mint condition ... but floor were changed ?? seriously wtf  , no swap just a plain 32/36 weber coilovers  flares and roll bar .

the 8500 one was a perfect replica of a BRE in a real mint condition, so might be worth it somehow ..

anyway .. I bought my 510 like 6 month ago and nobody around here knew that car up here an now I get ridiculous offers for an unfinished project (really unfinished...)

And I swear it's gonna get worse , much like the ''Initial D tax'' when you buy an AE86... rusted piece of crap FR corolla are getting sold around 3k here and are getting rare because of kids crashing them trying to drift like in cartoons ..

anyway ... what can we do lol

Well the way I see it,

All the ovepriced POS ones are just that..

Nothing like being told blah blah b;ah, to see one in person, and its garbage.

I have a ton of respect for nice 510's and the owners of them, its the autolotto crowd that just annoys the fuck out of me,

they

think the POS 510,is worth the same as a clean unmolested car,or  nicely well put together car.
