The house was cute and had a lot of potential but for the price and the amount of work that needed to be done it wouldn't be worth it. It needs to be completely gutted. The bf and I would've been ok with that if the price of the house was a lot less as we're ok with a fixer upper. It was rather comical when the realtor asked if we had cash. Um, if I had cash I'd have a house already and it wouldn't be this one. Must've thought I had some bank roll thinking I saved a fortune by never buying a new car cause I cruised up in Stanley. I was actually curious to see if I'd get the cold shoulder because I rolled up in a car so old. Quote Link to comment
