Stop watching the news networks, they can't be trusted to give you all the facts. Take the red pill.....

I’ve not watched TV in 25 years aside from hotel stays.   And I basically read BBC and sometimes NPR stories.

I think this past Sept is 7 or 8 years not watching TV shows but I watch 10 min of the news, I liken it to entertainment but I haven't watched the news since the election. Thanks to 'the donald' calling news fake I have started looking elsewhere for more diverse coverage (on line) and slowly noticed that there is something very wrong with them. Joe Biden gives a speech. But on line you can watch the entire horror show of terrible memory lapses and inarticulate slurring of words.

I was warned in my teens to stay away from network news because it was the "Story tellers of the elite and powerful.". The guy telling me this was in the political trenches most of his adult life for a 3 letter agency.

Once the internet became as big as it is now, I started to notice the things he had said were real with validation. This last year has been the most overt and unabashed behavior from the networks and politicians. What I find disheartening is how people chose to not see, because of having to face the excommunication.

I have found some very good commentary that don't have huge money obligations but have no shame sharing their data.. Challenge yourself, challenge your views, and stay away from the "established" Media ( Print and digital)

I guarantee America didn't vote for more of this shit. This is how I know the election are fake as fuck. People didn't vote to slit their own throats.

Regardless of the final numbers, the number of votes for Trump, calmed me down a bit. There are enough people to make a stand. I predict, further advancement of the police state (or more precise, the military police state) Advancement of the police state has been promoted by both parties, but the Republicans (so far) are aligned with the NRA. The NRA supports an armed citizenry,  as final deterrent to a police state. The Democrats support citizen subjugation and forced firearm relinquishment.

I have neither wandered from my dislike of Trump nor regret voting for him--twice. What I have said before, continues to ring true. If Biden is elected, then there will be sneak attacks on fundamental freedoms, in concert with amnesty for illegal aliens, opening boarders, and world healthcare (funded by the American taxpayer). The damage to America will be significant, but the destruction will not be fully realized in a single term. The Democrats plan to overrun America, to make the election of more Democrats and a second term for Biden (more likely Harris) a certainty. A second term and increased Democratic control of the government, will bring open, aggressive, attacks on fundamental freedoms, and the realization of the socialist/Communist America.

Trump gave the media all the ammunition they needed.  He continually lies and is bad at it.  He's been a con man all his life.  How many times has he declared bankruptcy before he became president?  Like 6?  Trump is EXACTLY the kind of person you don't want in a management roll. He's a bully, he yells to get his way.  He makes bullshit promises day after day, and when those don't work, he tries to play it off like he was joking.  I have a really good bullshit filter, can see those scam artists coming a mile away.  All I hear and see from Trump from the last 4 years is the arguments of a flim-flam artist.  I don't care if some of what he did was good, it was right for the wrong reasons.

I'll take my chance with Biden any day of the week even though I'd prefer a Bush in office about now.  He's not my first choice, but he's a hell of a lot better than Trump will ever be.  As far as the main stream media is concerned, I don't watch it.  Any of it.  I read the news only.  I read all sorts of different articles, about the same thing, from different people.  I read CNN, and Fox News, and then I read NPR and BBC and Reuters to get an informed opinion of what's actually going on.  My bullshit filter is on when I read the news too, amazing isn't it?  IF IT SOUNDS TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE, IT PROBABLY IS!  Holds true for if it sounds too "James Bond" like, it's also bullshit!

You know what's funny?  So many of those people on both sides only listen to talk radio and watch the news to only hear what suits whatever side they're on.  Then they hit repeat and after about a week of ingesting the same bullshit, they keep repeating it because it must be true while screaming louder and louder, the sky is falling!

I don't believe for a second there is a mass deep state at work to "steal" the election.  It's a giant load of horseshit, perpetrated by the same type of insecure, speculating, scared bullshit eating in their basement people.  Maybe if you put some more giant American flags on your pickup truck and threaten to kill everyone on the left you're more sane and "patriotic" than the next guy.  Yeah right.  I'm more patriotic than most, and I don't feel the need to spew it to anyone who will listen.

The real problem is no one will accept a few differences and work together.  That needs to change.  I work with people who back Trump.  We get along because I'm not a dickhead about it.  They have their views and that's fine.  I have my views and that's fine.  I'm not above putting my 2 cents in, but I'm not going to jump on the counter and call them out at the top of my lungs.  The problem is the people who take it too far and scream their side is right, the other is wrong.  KILL THE HERETIC!!  Sound familiar?

I wouldn't say the media made shit up (though they may have) I would say they knowingly ran with fucked up shit never checked out. (fact checked) If they lied they were never held accountable because who would do that job..... other news outlets??? There is also this tendency lately to report a headline but qualify it with may, might, could, likely because it's an opinion and not a fact, something the average dullard reader/viewer easily overlooks. Anonymous source is another of their tricks because if it's anonymous well... there's just no sense asking any questions.

What's your take on crack head Hunter Biden and on his lap top? Didn't happen?

You're right it would be 'taking a chance with Biden'. He's only been a VP.

Takes a lot of something to go with Biden....

Creepy Joe moments...

I don't think you can bring the opposition to your side for the most part.People register to a particular party and just will not vote for anybody but a member of that party.California is a great example of it.We continue to vote in people that are very eager to raise taxes, support a freeloading society and tell us what's best for us.I know Cali has a lot of middle and low income residents, why do these people stick with those that want to tax you even further ? This has to be the biggest "WTF ?" there ever was.Look at the candidate and what they stand for regardless of what party they belong to.As an example, look at San Francisco and what's happened to it.Controlled completely by one side and when the opportunity to change things comes along, they don't change it.Who really wants Frisco to be the way it is now ? Or even California.I believe some would vote for a convicted rapist before they would vote against their own party. That's the insanity part.

Sorry, but some people are proudly register as INdependent because the only thing that really makes sense is not becoming dependent on either dysfunctional political corporation/side in order to feel self-assured.

Seriously consider this, you can actually live your values as conservative or liberal and not have to choose a FUCKED up dysfunctional side to feel validated.

Folk I'll be honest, I'm pulling you to the UNside here. You want to fuck the Washington establishment, UNplug and UNside! Vote your values and STOP listening to the moronic F'n corrupt grabbing hands propaganda show and start thinking for yourself. Dig a little deeper with a little objective critical thinking and it's plane to see; BOTH sides are feeding you nutritionless intellectual chicken feed. Be honest, does that crap make you feel strong, or more and more weak? Stop the madness and UNside that shit.

As hopeful is that sounds the system isnt setup for this. We actual federal legislation making this almost impossible now. When the state legislations belong to either red or blue and those bodies have the power to select delegates in the executive elections beholden to party lines.  Independent candidates would first have to start dominating state elections in massive swings. First thing to happen is a massive propaganda war against such efforts of change. Much like what happens now. Any time you challenge the powers that be will result in massive marginalization.

Its easier to subvert from within the party than to start a new one.

I read it all buddy, I read it all.

Considering where your intended direction will go with that comment means you have already written off anything outside your comfort zone.

If you consider Bush a better option than Trump. That just says enough to who you are effort wise.

And you choose to believe that carp because? FYI "registering as "independent" is not choosing a side. You vote for what you want and not what your party tells you to/

Like I said though. Considering Bush a better option than Biden or Trump just says enough to who you are.

It seems by that statement you're the one who has written off anything outside your comfort zone.  So if you read it all, how is that different how I read it all?

Because it is why the democrat party is at war with itself now.. You think they are unified? Is it not apparent enough that the left has subverted the power within?

Did the party not just make the most massive political shift to the left within the last 4 years?

What part of I couldn't give a flying fuch about either party aren't you getting. Is it because I'm not siding with you?

I don't give a fuck if you side with me. Its abundantly clear you have no knowledge of state legislative power and the moves made to prevent a third party from wresting power from the two main players.

Even if you register independent or 100 million do. If those bodies are under the legislative control of RED or BLUE then you dont count.

I feel less hungry

All you'll do is take yourself out of the game. Neutralized, ineffective, sidelined. As said you would need serious amounts of votes. Then, if lucky, you would become a prize to one of the two who would woo you to their side, with promises of power sharing, in order to form a coalition government to dominate the other.
