Nissan_Boy85
Sounds fun. If it's close enough I'll be there. Quote Link to comment
pklotz70
Thanks for the heads up. I put it on the calendar and most likely will need to keep up on the information for Mike. He has too many other details to keep track of, so this is something that I can do for him. Quote Link to comment
Guest DatsuNoob
I'll be there this year. Still truckless, but let's shoot for next year on that one ;) Quote Link to comment

Bleach
how far north into WA is this usually? looks like fun but idk about driving for 3 or 4 hours lol Last year it was in DesMoines. About 2.25 hours from Portland. We can discuss location in this forum. I think another BBQ would be good so probably no open parking lots. :D a park bench or two would be nice. Quote Link to comment
damon
last years event was at Saltwater state park in Des Moines ,Wa. which is just about maybe 5 miles south of SeaTac airport. Quote Link to comment

Bleach
Tyler Texas!?! why not the middle of the desert! :D oh wait... Quote Link to comment
ggzilla
Tyler, Texas would be good. We could meet at the east texas oil museum. Then have road run to Sonic for banana splits. But somewhere between Portland and Seattle would be better. What about Centralia? It is halfway. Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
We could request a kitchen site so Jeff can make everyone PB&J's :D Quote Link to comment
Farmer
Ive been there once for a Family reunion a couple of years ago. Nice place. Its about 15 to 20min off I 5. And the road is pretty decent. Larry Quote Link to comment
Guest DatsuNoob
Point Defiance park would be cool too. For those of you who haven't been there (Tacoma, WA), 5 mile drive would be a fun little loop for all of us. There's tons of places to stop and hang out, picnic areas, plenty of parking, and it's a very scenic place for a cruise. Japanese Pagoda (I've always wanted to get a picture of my truck there with that in the background), rose gardens, Fort Nisqually, etc. Just an idea. Quote Link to comment
Bleach
I intend on keeping this event close to Seattle and not to be midway to Portland. Tacoma is probably about as far south as I would prefer for the location. Thanks for the suggestions though. Quote Link to comment
