Circuit Court Judge Kimberly Chabot said she wouldn’t grant city prosecutors a do-over of the case and dismissed the misdemeanor charges against Bahati, 33: four counts of domestic violence and one of sexual assault. Earlier this year Bahati avoided trial after the assistant city solicitor in charge of the domestic violence unit — Andrea Muller — accepted a psychologist’s findings that he lacked the cultural competency to participate in the American justice system. They are looking for associates they can squeeze. If any associates have committed any type of legal issue the Mueller team will threaten them with prosecution then offer immunity if they say "XYZ" about what ever they want them to. Same strategy is used when picking up high value targets in a war situation for interrogation. Best way to get people to say anything you want them to say is threaten loved ones or threaten the person themselves with consequences.
