NK has been posturing and traditionally they set off a bomb or launch missiles on this anniversary. So... what to do? Cave in to the US or launch and get clobbered???? Answer.... go ahead with a launch to satisfy the NK national pride in the face of approaching running dog imperialist US forces, but have it fail (so sorry, we tried) before it provokes the US.
