The daisy cutter has been around since WWII. A great way to disable the enemy, but not necessarily kill them. After they are cut off at the ankles and can't walk, soldiers can then easily walk up to them and get vital strategic information before finishing them off. 2 Link to comment

Ok......If you remove them from Syria, who will run the Syrian state?, The only reason as to why Putin has so many resources invested in Assad is because he gets it, he understands that if Assad is removed, ISIS will take over.
