He wants a metal bumper with brackets.

Dave doesn't have rear brackets in stock until September and Metal rear bumpers are $360.

If he had brackets, I might consider selling you my rear bumper and buying his.

Got home early enough to be able to reupholster my front door panels and prep them for install when I get back next Thursday....yes I won't get more chances to do anything to my dime til the day before Rats with Dats....so I came home determined to finish the front panels, all I gotta do is install them next week

Mocking the panels...

Glue....I used 3m profesional upholstery spray...apply to both, wait 10 minutes and marry the pieces....

Sliding the metal piece so the material settles and makes the install on the door easier....wasn't easy...it fought me good lol

Ready for window and door handle holes..

Cut them up and applied glue...

Used bottles to keep holes uniform while glue dried....

Nice, what brand wrap?  Looking forward to seeing the result.  How do you measure a wheel for one of those?  Is it the inside, outside or middle diameter?

I just bought material from the upholstery store. I used the old leather as a template, but it would be as simple as cutting a small piece to stretch around the wheel, cut to fit, then cut long pieces.

It's still a work in progress. It could turn out like total shit.. lol I dunno never done it before.

Looks like it might be good weather today so I will open her up to make sure she gets dryed out if needed. Got to glue on a bridge on a old D28 Martin guitar so then I can pull the neck off to do a reset. Been putting it off but sooner I get it done sooner I can get back on the goon. Got to get all the motor parts on and a radiator on it.

I really like that texture. I've been on the fence about making new front panels for my car. The driver side one is in pretty bad shape. I like the factory imprint, and a flat panel looks kind of boring to me, but that texture breaks it up a bit. If I make new fronts, I'll feel inclined to make matching rears, even though they're in nice shape. Decisions decisions...
