It's a '69 white 2 door. Almost everything gutted. Front seats salvageable only small tears, have headrests. Back seat missing. Fenders rusted through at the bottoms. Hood useable but rusted underneath. I think it's got the stock L16 with manifolds and carb and stock trans 4-speed. No lights of any sort, or any grilles. Stock dash but not speedometer panel or ashtray, just ashtray mount. Dash pad is cracked. Trunk and doors are there. Rear window is there. I think the passenger side door window is there. The others are not. No mirrors of any sort. No dome light. Chrome window trim is in trunk and around rear window. The door panels only for the doors are there, as are the handles, and window cranks. The driver's side door panel is bent but could be salvaged, not much tears if any. No glovebox. No shift knob. No steering wheel. No radio. There wasn't much salvageable except body and engine/trans and what I mentioned. Back bumper not there, front is dented underneath, might be saveable. Seat belts also are there. Clutch and brake master cylinders and steel rusty wheels are there. Vinyl top was pulled. Hubcaps were pulled and valve cover.

 

Couldn't find any of the listed Datsun trucks. There's an 81 200sx and a really nice B210 coupe which still has the brake booster.

Pick A Part in Junction city has a 4 dr B210, a 620, and 5 or 6 720's. All pretty stripped, but most of the body panels are there. The 620 had a brand new chrome tailight assembly sitting in the bed.

No oics, but it was only one side. I may go up there and snag it today for the hell of it. I'll see if someone threw the other one in the bed of a nearby truck or something.

Just went to p&p lynwood yesterday

 

2 620's both pretty picked over one was white other was blue

 

1 720 blue with a lots good body parts as well as most of the engine there

interror looked like shit, someone riced it out and rattle canned the interror blue

and replaced the door cards/headliner with some cheap fabric.

I went by the foster road yard today, there was a 1982 datsun 720 diesel there, everything diesel related was gone except for the throttle control cable(I grabbed it), and the wiring harness, to bad that whoever removed the engine/trans. cut the harness where the glow plug/trans./oil pressure wires connected to the engine, and also cut it where the alt./water temp/starter wires went to the engine. :(

I might have grabbed it otherwise.

It was picked over real good, not much left otherwise.

There were 2 620s with A87 heads still on the block, a 1970 something B210 that looked like it had been in a field to long(dark green I think), and at least two 720s.

pick n pull on foster, a red 620 king cab and an orange standard cab, pretty torn through, both had black bench seats in fairly good condition minus some tears... padding was super plush

someone only took one of the black door cards from the red one.... jerk.... i wanted both

If anyone's in the san Jose area and willing to check out the pick n pull, there's supposedly a 78 810 there. Ive been having no luck in my area finding anything other than z cars. I'm a 4hr plus round trip and would fell like an idiot if it was as rusted as mine. I'm in need of a clean hood and trunk. I figured its worth the shoot. Pm me if you think you can help. Thanks

Anyone in the Monrovia, CA area that is going this weekend to the Pick-a-part junkyard that is willing to take some pictures of the B210 that based on the website was just added on 9/22/12 and post them I would really appreciate it. I am in the San Diego area so it is kind of a drive for me just to go and find that the car is no longer there. Thanks in advance.

Sherwood pick and pull has a new 75 620.... Gonna go take a look tomorrow and take pics if I remember

Just got back from Sherwood pick and pull. I checked out the 75 620 they got in and it was trashed and not much worth getting off it. But it was converted to 4x4 so I took some pics of what they did. I did snag the grille emblem and scored with a cover for my interior light too.

Sherwood pick and pull got in a 1970 521 so thought I'd check it out. It was mostly stripped... No Motor or trans, interior gone completely. Dash was in the bed with a good cluster but looked toast.

 

Also revisited the 1980 720 with an L20b that I took my rear end out of. Today I pulled out the 5 speed too! Haha

Glass on the 521 looked good. All panels looked ok too except the passenger side fender had I big dent

Even if people don't need windshields they should grab them if good. Good 521 windshields are like winning the lottery.

Really? I know of a good one in a yard. Hmmm looks like I might be stripping it soon.

Yea! 521 windshields are hard to source clean. Clean as in no cracks and no fogging.

 

My friends windshield is definitely in need of replacement. Cracked down the center, and the windshield is a little foggy, not as bad as my original one, but still annoying in the sun light.

I was out at Sherwood Pick-n-Pull, the windshield on the 521 looked OK, but you really do not know until you clean it. I grabbed the left fender, the taillights, and harness, and the fan shroud. The radiator might be good, it is in the bed, left rear corner.

What are the quick sale parts for a 521? I'm a little out of my element, but want to make sure I can help out other 521s.
