So yesterday we had that shit equivalent of an A-bomb detonate across our TVs, Biden's worst performance, or lack thereof, ever.  And he's apparently going to do it again with Lester Holt soon, obviously blissfully ignorant of the adage that when you find yourself in a hole, stop digging.

One thing that give a lot of credence to the theory that why there have been no arrests in the whole Epstein Island fiasco is that the deep state agents have taken over the blackmail aspect of the players, who would be of no further use if arrested.  Look at the sudden about face stances of some of the most ardent Biden supporters, your Clooneys and Colberts.  One thing is for sure, if all, or most of the hidden, conspiracy-theory shit ever comes to light and is proven true, it will break a lot of people who willfully checked their critical thinking at the door, while those of us who didn't will be, "well, yeah, I told you that years ago."

If people like Clooney or Colbert didn't have Biden figured out before his latest round of dementia kicked in why should anybody listen to what they have to say ? Both very interesting views worth considering. John I have answered thus that there is no easy answer to who. It won't be someone unknown, all the players are on the board. Several here have expressed that they would vote for a reasonably good alternative and that applies to the Dems.

Barack cements his legacy even more by not only being the first black president but the first first man. He also gets to play "the power behind the throne" all the fun none of the responsibility. Michelle is smart, but she lacks experience under the stress of the spotlight. She would be constantly compared to Barack and fall short. Barack, for as much as I didn't like his policies, he carried himself well the majority of the time. BUT-compared to Biden, she will handle the stress of the spotlight fantastic and that is the comparison the Dems will push-Michelle not as stupid as Biden, not as much of an asshole as Trump. Announce late, so the Republicans will have a hard time exposing her under qualification for the job. You know after the announcement there will be such a media blitz on the wonderfulness of her candidacy and how she is great and awesome and perfect and the Republicans will look and sound like backward, antiquated old men. It takes the news cycle a minute to wear off the luster of something "new" and announcing late provides a chance to have the election while newness is fresh. Not that the Dems need it, I think Michelle could beat Trump with her warts showing, but those who control things don't like leaving anything to chance.

There is a good chance that has been the plan all along. It would be a true horror and I would hate it, but as a political move, I would respect it. (perhaps respect is too strong a word). Harris has been a seat filler and Biden a puppet and the question is continually asked "Can't America get better candidates?" The bar could have been held intentionally low, to bait the Republicans to holding onto Trump. It was easy, he has a base and Biden is no big threat. Would the Republicans have backed Trump against Michelle? Now they don't have a choice.

I hope they pick Newsom. Biden has a better chance. The whole country knows what a lying, bullshitting snake oil salesman he is. Except for most of California. C'mon it's a great idea! Since it a City government program, it must be made safe. Put on your power blue tie, shake some hands, smile and nod and give a little kickback here and there and you could be the only government approved crack pipe distributor in the USA. Have China make the pipes embossed with the special certification stamp for $1 landed, sell them to the City for $50, give $5 each sale to the "Stop Doing Crack Society (SDCS) Of which, the six figure salary CEO will be your brother, or your wife,or your friend or someone you want to own. I am not a political animal and if ever given the chance to sell out, I would take it. I wouldn't even be expensive, especially by today's standards. For 1980's rich, I will fade away and never vote again. 

 

But even I can't deny, the chance for true, real, impact and fame would tempt. All Michelle would have to do is compromise and tow the line, whatever the line might be. Don't start any wars, champion some issues, maybe even something a little controversial, but don't get crazy. Be cool for four years and become a role model, an icon, an impact on the world never forgotten. 

 

There are many famous people, but Abraham Lincoln famous? Martin Luther King jr. famous? How many of you can name all the Presidents? Everyone knows Lincoln and everyone knows MLK,  they are in the "woke" school books and the "traditional school books" even the homeschool school books. They are names the western world are raised to know. The Obama's would join that list. Barack and Michelle are political animals, they have both sacrificed and schemed and have made it far. The chance to go farther than anyone has or most probability will in the next 100 years is begging to be taken. The chance would tempt anyone, but present the option to a political animal? How could it be denied?
