He suffered facial trauma from the initial removal not the second time, and video evidence shows a "dazed" passenger with a bloody face returning to his seat.

You have to ask yourself or put yourself in that position. If you had pressing matters at home, or couldn't afford to delay your return home. Would you go quietly? I know that the airlines would have to offer me more than $800.00 to get out of my seat, and if at any time they threatened me or caused my face to bleed, there is no amount of reasoning for this.

He paid for that seat so the airlines should have really sweetened the deal for all four that were asked to leave. $800.00 is not a sweet deal at all.

Airlines are criminals to begin with.

Most of the time when I am flying since I don't do it that often, there is no flexibility in the schedule. $800 would not have done it.

Likely outcome over all this shit.

Airlines will have to:

-issue an apology

-pay out a large sum of currency

-retrain for incidences like this

Police will have to:

-Drop any charges

-Pay out a large sum of currency

-Issue apologies

I agree, but if what 125 CSL said was right about him re-boarding the flight with the crew then you have to kick is ass off the flight. You can't do that. I don't know if thats what happened.. I haven't followed the story. If he paid for a seat and was removed as shown, he's gonna get paid.

And you know for certain, the airline or it affiliates hired someone to do a little opposition research because of this incident.

Agreed on your 1st point (if this IS what he did indeed do).

Agreed again on your 2nd point,it's SOP for a situation like this, digging into the person's history and having this much information so soon only happens from a paid professional Investigator getting involved.

The MSM reporting that Russia knew about the chemical weapon attack in Syria before it happened...   (Fake news alert)

The MSM wants war. The left wants war..  and the neo-cons want war.

White house confirmed: There is no consensus among intelligence communities regarding Russia's involvement in Syria chemical weapon attack.

Democrats Have Zero Leverage after Gorsuch

This was an eventful week for two government institutions, the Supreme Court and Senate. More than a year after Justice Antonin Scalia’s death, the high court will on Monday finally return to a full complement of nine justices. But the confirmation of the newest justice, Neil Gorsuch, happened only after the Senate decided, on a party-line vote, to exercise the “nuclear option” and remove filibusters for Supreme Court nominations.

These developments sound like a really big deal, but they were easily predictable given our toxic political climate and won’t actually change the operation of either institution. But here are five takeaways for our post-nuclear-option world:

1. The Supreme Court. The court effectively returns to the status quo before Scalia’s death. No two justices are the same, but Gorsuch could have been expected to vote the same as Scalia on all the hot-button cases that broke down 5-4, and also on the cases (especially in criminal procedure) that joined the court’s left and right against the middle. As it turns out, Scalia’s absence only changed the result in a handful of cases and the court has largely succeeded in avoiding 4-4 splits. Adding a ninth justice will, however, make it marginally easier to get the four votes needed to “grant cert” (have a case accepted for review), especially on potentially controversial issues.

2. The Senate. The exercise of the “nuclear option” returns Senate procedures to what they were 15 years ago. The filibuster was simply not employed for partisan purposes against a nominee who had majority support before Harry Reid started filibustering George W. Bush’s lower-court nominees in 2003. (Infamously, the Senate denied Miguel Estrada an up-or-down vote seven times to prevent Bush from later having the opportunity to elevate the first Hispanic justice.) Reid used the “nuclear option” to eliminate that sort of filibuster a decade later, so perhaps this week’s action should be called “thermonuclear.” A Senate majority will still be able to stall a nomination made by a president of the opposing party-we could see more Merrick Garlands-but a Senate minority will lack.......

Sad that criminals and mental cases are allowed to have guns. But hey, small price to pay for enjoying the benefits bestowed by the second amendment.

Often, people aren't recognized as "mental cases" until it's too late, and criminals are criminals because they don't fallow laws. That is the price we must pay for our individual freedoms. Unfortunately we choose to overlook the awesome responsibility of owning a tool designed for taking an other's life. Clearly if we defend an individual's rights to own firearm without STRICT expectations of responsible ownership we do that at the expense of public safety. Our US fo A has fallen down on the job.

If we are so fired up about protecting our constitutional rights, why aren't we so complacent about the 4th right to privacy? Right now you give your Government the right to digitally monitor ALL of your financial, search histories, and communication activity on multiple platforms. Right now, our government knows what ever they want to know about our "private life" and it's all legal under the Patriot Act. Go ahead and fight like hell for the second amendment, the game is already over.

Well.. there isn't a MASSIVE lobby for the 4th amendment.. but I'm still concerned about it.

It would be a bigger deal, but as of now the MSM is squashing all the surveillance stories. If that blew up... you'd see a lot of people demanding a review.

"After being admitted onto the campus of North Park Elementary School in San Bernardino, a 53-year-old Riverside man went to his estranged wife's special education classroom and opened fire Monday, fatally shooting her and striking two students before killing himself, police said."

Yes, School is responsible for this one.

I guess then you could blame the gun,gun maker, bullet maker and even the person that sold him the gun ? How about blaming the guy that used the gun ?

No, the blame is on the school, San Bernardino has a heck of a crime rate, at some point a school was eventually going to fall victim.......Hello!!!, Wasn't there a terrorist attack recently in SB???? It's not rocket science, common sense needs to apply.
