We used to own this last year, and it has an a87 head. Cadillac steering column, Suzuki transfer case on mid 70-80 4 runner suspension. It used to go 45 without the tonka truck wheels on it. We couldn't get it back off the property even though some may be owed so they kept it

This is not mine!

I was considering splitting this car between components for a crazy build 510 barely streetable car, after detuning it, and selling the chassis to a drifter.  Seller seems really nice.  All I know is the very comprehensive ad, and his email responses.  Seems worth much more than his asking price, and he is in no hurry to get rid of it - and he may pull the ad due to the kind of responses he gets on Craigslist - but the car is ready to race immediately.

1981 Datsun 200SX  - 24 hours of LeMons Race Car.  LOTS OF STUFF! - $3000 (san jose downtown)

NOT _STREET_ LEGAL. YOU MUST TOW THIS HOME. THIS IS A FULL ON TRACK CAR

"24 Hours Of LeMons" race-car

This one of them infamous Jason Gray LZ21 longrod builds  (most details are on the ad, 12:1 compression ratio, uses aviation fuel, gets rebuilt every 3-5 races has one race since rebuild, more details in his responses which I can forward)

Many duplicate parts including spare Z22 block, and the original equipment deleted from the car: EFI,etc.

Suggests (if I were to detune it) thick headgasket (or two headgaskets if I were to go cheap) to get it down to 10:1 to use street gas, milder cam, heavier flywheel, but the Mikuni's want the massive cam.

In response to whether the body could be put back on the road, "The car is non-op and was current when placed in non-op so there is *zero* back fee. I have the pink slip in hand...", so yes the body (with smoggable engine) can be put back on the road

So, while it could be raced as is; the monster equipment could go in another hobby or race car [yeah, yeah, not street legal, but could also be used in other racing circuits]

And the 81 200SX body (with an original model engine with with emissions equipment) could be used for drifting, or legally swapped to a LS1 and used on the road?

Full weld-in cage per rules of the racing circuit - the cage alone is worth $1500.

He gave me a lot more details. I can forward the majority of his response (but not his contact information without his permission).

Someone should buy this beast!
