You guys are jamming! 47% is freaking sweeeeeeeeet!!! I imagine as word spreads about the competition, some of the other books will start pulling votes. There will probably be some gains, especially among the bottom 3. We have to remember, this is like my 2nd picture book (I have lots of other books, but my 2nd really young kids book.) And some of my competition has over 100 books out there and decades of children's book exposure. That is why it was so important to get the votes in the first week of competition, while not a lot of people knew about it. What has happened is a miracle in my book! Thanks to you we are ROCKIN!! Ah that is how I get the drawings into the backgrounds. I learned how to edit out the green color and substitute my artwork. Today's video is a prime example of it. The green is a great color to use because it is the least likely color to appear in human skin. These videos are all done by me and my friend Angela. I have no idea what I am doing, just trying to wing it and learn the software as I go.:D Quote Link to comment
