edekalil
Thanks. I was thinking of going back to my Panasports but the ZX wheels are growing on me. The picture below was before it was lowered. Very nice 2 door. Quote Link to comment
heywier427
Added a spook! 20160424_153829 by thomas telesco, on Flickr 20160424_153704 by thomas telesco, on Flickr 20160423_144300 by thomas telesco, on Flickr 20160423_144304 by thomas telesco, on Flickr Drove another 250 miles today! Hooray! Edit: I ended up not using those allen head bolts. Could not get the bit driver in there. I used 7mm headed hex bolts, and was able to get'em with a cute little gear wrench. Also siliconed the backing strips to the spoiler, as well as large round washers to the back of the apron. Just to make things easier when I inevitably smash this thing off :) 4 Quote Link to comment
edekalil
Pulled her out and drove her yesterday and today. Found most all the parts to finish under the hood for the goon. Also got the parts to fix the breaks and clutch on the goon. 1 Quote Link to comment
qwik510
Pulled the windshield to replace the cloudy chipped up old one. Found a few minor spots of rust that need to be fixed before the new glass goes back in I dragged out the Dremel and cleaned the spots down to bare metal. Next will be a good coating of zero rust followed by som JB Weld to fill the holes. Should be a solid fix. Friggin photobucket is not working so no pics now. 1 Quote Link to comment

KoHeartsGPA
Started "operation DIY rear seat upholstery" Took them apart... I was pleasantly surprised how well the seat part foam was, it was so well preserved that it didn't even smell, so I vaccumed it and will re-use... Bought the hog ring pliers at harbor freight for $8.00 Tomorrow I'll track down the rest of the supplies and get to assemble them.... 1 Quote Link to comment

KoHeartsGPA
Well...I had a lot of things to get done today...but eventually got around to doing at least one part of the rear seat with the materials I picked up today, I found an almost identical fabric to my front seats.... Foam padding... Then the finished product, by no means pro but I did it myself and it's very sturdy and comfy... Can't wait to do the bottom part next weekend and install it  1 Quote Link to comment

jovial_cynic
It still needs to be dialed in a bit, and I have a vacuum leak I need to chase down. It's running very lean at idle and it bogs just a little under 3k rpm... but it's great up top! Whoosh indeed. Next steps: Vacuum leak, timing adjustment, and then misc. stuff like wiring in the lights so I can drive at night. 1 Quote Link to comment
