So we're supposed to believe that removing these 5 cities would lower the entire US 186 positions for highest murder rate in the word? Have you considered this might be cherry picking data to support some BS political rhetoric?

Have you considered this might be cherry picking data to support some BS political rhetoric /\ ? I found that on the internet by accident. From what I've heard everything on the net is true.It wouldn't surprise me if it was.Take a look at what big cities aren't even included in that list of five.Los Angeles,Oakland,Atlanta etc. we know those cities have a problem.I only posted that because I found it interesting. If true.

Most urban centers tend to be liberal, but when it comes to crime, you make a valid point. Mind you, I'm not saying I haven't been guilty of the same, butI think it needs to be said. The internet is filled with baseless claims, miss-quoting studies that sometimes don't even exist, or people just pulling all manner of shit out of their ass. Repeat it online enough and it becomes solid gold truth. In the age of subjective reasoning, critical thinking and qualifying something as reliable is too much darn trouble to bother with. So for today's myopic hamster attention span society, truth is only what validates what they want to believe. Anything challenging that belief is an evil conspiracy, logical conversation becomes a subjective truth stalemate, and intellectual lockdown.

I feel pretty comfortable siting The World Population Review. It's a 60 year old peer reviewed journal compiling global sociological demographic records from thousands of sources. It's also one of the most objectively reliable and widely trusted research organizations I know of. When searching for anything approaching truth, quality matters. When it comes to political rhetoric, all too often, when you scrape off the gold paint you find nothing but shit. When in need, WPR is a great paint scraper.

Going on a tangent here, but is it just me, or has the quality of shipping really gone to hell lately?  I ordered some stuff off ebay and everything seemed to be fine when I get an email from the seller stating that they're refunding my order because UPS lost it.  Ok, good on them for being on the ball and catching it before I knew there was an issue.

Another order came by a different outfit, randos just drive around in their own cars delivering stuff, and I had two of three boxes delivered with the wrong name.  The next day the same outfit tried delivering something that I didn't order that had the same name - I flagged her down and sent it back.  Notified the seller and they sent out a replacement item UPS and I was just notified they refunded because UPS lost it again.  They used to be good, hate to think that they've succumbed to the same culture of shitbagdom that's overtaking the country, but I guess I shouldn't be surprised.  The startling part of all this is with the rampant retail theft and anti-business rhetoric, soon the only way to buy anything will be online - good luck getting stuff.  That is until the blm assholes realize that it's easier to wait for a truck to leave the distribution center and attack it like piranhas right away rather that following it and porch pirating every stop.

That could get you shot in my area. Sounds like some poor decision making skills by the delivery driver.

I'm getting the best delivery from the USPS believe it or not.I buy a lot of fishing rod components on Ebay and a couple other websites.USPS has been the best at delivering as scheduled and even a day or two early. Not to mention prices.I sold a reel to a guy in Hawaii.UPS wanted 80 bucks for a 6" square box.At that price I was going to refund the buyers money.USPS sent it for 20 bucks and it got there in three days.Go figure, something run by the Government works better than a private company.

For the most part, I've had the same experience as John and Mike, as if they knew I'd be ordering my shit before I did. Last year though, I bought a pricy pair of headphones with my initials engraved on them "free of charge". (don't judge, I can't drive my Datsun). I knew it would take 4 weeks for delivery, so I was patient. That date came and went, so a week later I called to ask WTF. Another week later I got an email saying they never made it to the shipping warehouse and were "lost" at the airport. But, if you can just be even more patient, and wait another month, we'll send you another pair at the same price, with no we're sorry discount. Ah, hell no, F that shit, and give me my money back ass hat so I can buy them at a brick and mortar 40 miles away without your F'n free initials. The only consolation is they sound even better than I could have imagined, and for someone addicted to music, even without the monogram they're worth every penny I spent. So you don't always get what you want, but if you try some times, you get what you need.

I ordered some of that liquid windshield crack repair. It showed up in a small plastic envelope obviously crushed and wet inside. I complained that it should have better protection and got instant refund.

Those kits actually work pretty good.I fixed the wife's windshield the day after the chip happened.Still no traveling of the chip.I did two more windshields with the same kit.

I had a 'glue' on mirror that I removed and a crack happened that winter and I think only on the inner sheet of the laminate glass and from the old attachment point down to the dash. Next year I will try again. Christ I still have 2020 gas in it.

Not that window repair isn't interesting, but who would have guessed the relative unknown Mike Johnson would turn out to be a fundamentalist Christian lawyer with an ax to grind for anyone challenging Trump for the GOP nomination. Dems did the same to  R Kennedy Jr. when he was talking about running against Biden. Is this the open and fair election process we're fighting for, or just a party dictatorship move to protect "special power" interests?  Blinded by the lies of dueling realities, as long as these parties hold tight control over the message, no one gives a shit about making a choice between 2 80 year old babbling sacks of lying excrement. Big US power politics is a complete contradiction to our American constitutional values, that was set up for leaders in service to the people, with an oath to defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Instead of doing that with honor and moral integrity for the COMMON good, it's been twisted into the good of their party's interests. Clearly, with our spoon fed digitally hypnotized society, no one gives a flying F about that honor crap any more. Highly unlikely for the generation of self centered mouth breather, but the only way to save this great country is to pull our collective head out of our parties ass, and start thinking for ourselves.

I believe that is because USPS is Federal.  USPS will deliver to all USA states & countries, like Puerto Rico, Guam etc.  Priority Mail flat rate works great.  USPS has always been good to me.  My new job, we probably use USPS 60++++% of the time & rarely have issues.  UPS & FedEx have gotten too expensive in the Lower 48 for individual users, only good discounts for businesses that ship more.  I found "Pirate Ship" a couple months ago............VERY deep discounts for UPS & FedEx.

I didn't notice that at all, and you're more-than-likely correct.  It was included in an online article about college campuses bending over backwards for minorities feeling safe, but they aren't really doing squat about keeping Jewish students safe.  Lots of anti-semantic rhetoric going around.

True dat, and I hope you didn't think I was giving you shit for posting it. I used to teach PhotoShop, so it just looked a little to obvious to me.

In light of what actually happened to Israel, all the political blaming going on here is a bit rich for my taste. That said, antisemitism isn't unique to a bunch of poorly educated woke-tards, white supremest groups, or Hamas. Jews have been history's scapegoat for millennia, and even when it was as ugly as Nazi genocide, much of the world looked the other way. That includes the uneducated ignorant AND prominent intellectuals alike right here in the land of the brave, and the greatest generation who fought fascist totalitarianism to promote democratic freedom around the world. That religious indifference shit runs wide and deep though. So call me cynical, but I can't help but think this new found sympathy in modern American politics isn't genuine by any measure other than a tool for more slide of hand blaming tricks. Wether this religious magic show plays out between students on a college campus, the struggles of success for one and not the other, or the policies of differing administrations, it seems it's usually the Jewish scapegoat who catches the blame.

I always appreciate your insight.  I didn't feel slighted in the least.  In opinion forums like these, I can appreciate people's different takes on issues.  I've mentioned it before, but I even have Democrats for friends in the real world.

Incidentally, I ran across the same photo, possibly taken from another angle, or possibly another photographer.  I didn't notice as many masks on the wider shot..

I'm not understanding the hatred for Israel from so many at this time.Wasn't Israel minding their own business when they were attacked ? And the way they were attacked. The terrorists (yes that's what they are) didn't attack the military. They went after civilians. As far as I'm concerned Israel should wipe that Hamas shit off the face of the earth. If you're in the way tough shit. What an ugly situation.
