wayno
What day are you guys leaving. I get off early Friday morning. About 400am If you were to drive 80mph most the way leaving at 4am Friday morning without stopping for more than 10 minutes to get gas/food, you might be able to get to Canby by midnight to 2am Saturday morning, but you cannot stop for anything except gas or fast food and eating it while you are driving 80mph. I drove from Vancouver Wa to Visalia CA in 15/16 hours in my diesel 521 which didn't go up the hills very fast, but I went 75/80mph everywhere else. 1 Quote Link to comment

So going 80 mph would get me there is just over 10 hours. It will all depend if I pull a trailer or just go up with out my Datsun. Quote Link to comment

How do you figure that, it is 989 miles, that is a 100mph without stopping at all, nor can you slow down, no gas stops, no stopping for food, a 100mph the whole way, that is from Eastvale CA as the starting point and Canby as the end point, 100mph for 10 hours straight. Now if your coming in a plane that can go 80mph straight thru without stopping for fuel in a straight line, that might be possible. I can't even get to the Bay area in 10 hours, and I drive fast, ask anyone that has followed me from any meet I went to. 1 Quote Link to comment

Ok maybe 11 hours. i used to be a trucker so i will make good time and i am also leaving from Los Angeles so thats 50 miles ahead already. I still might fly who knows, i just wanna try to make it. And if I bring one of my Datsuns by trailer it will add some time of course. Wayno for the record loaded tanker from Los Angeles to San Francisco in 7 hours. Thats balmost impossible, but I did it. Talk about a pucker factor. 1 Quote Link to comment

Crashtd420
make sure you put them on top of the blocks .. and not under the blocks Just curious why that would make a difference?.... Seems like either way would work?.. both are still under the axle... but I have no idea that's why I asked... 1 Quote Link to comment
d.p
What the purpose of those? Truck lowered enough to throw off the pinion angle?? Yeah 1 Quote Link to comment

Because then you clock the entire block, which pushes the axle forward or back. 2 Quote Link to comment
