She drives that at the moment, but I get to drive my green 620. Should be driving this one again in no time.

Got a bit further on the relay cover.

Drill out the only broken bolt from removing the dented fender and cleaned the threads with a tap. Still have to clean up a bit of rust and make a gasket for the fender to fender well joint.

Cleaned up the inner fender, wirewheeled the rust, hosed it off with brake clean and layed down a couple coats of red. I'm going to use a inner tube as a gasket between the fender and inner fender.

Interesting tidbet, apparantly at some point the designers changed the location of the front fender mounting tabs...

I also finished up the fab on the relay cover. I plan to get it polished and partially powdercoated with a graphic.

Hell yeah, man! Thats lookin mighty fine there...

Thanks, needs a bath and a buff :)

Damn good lookin truck man.

Now get a bumper on the front. They're only $23 ;)

Thanks.

Got a nice one on the green 4x4 that will be getting swapped over shortly ;)

Looking really good Steve. Now drive that thing!

Thanks man, I drove it before that pic and drove it into work today :D

I have to say, no longer cringing when I drive over a bump is a fantastic feeling. I've been going out of my way to hit them now and laughing maniacally as it soaks them up. Forgot how fast this thing is.

Need to get the carrier bearing replaced as it get's a little shakey, need to buy some new u-joints before I fix that.

looks great man, but do you really need 3 620s??? wait i cant say anything. i have 3 myself. lol!!!

I got like 3 1/2 620's

I found a truck sitting behind a Ducati shop here locally. It's a 620 Deluxe. The only problem I see in it is it has no floorpans. Did you have any problems with yours, and if so, where did you find replacements?

The floors in this one are solid. Most guys use some 16 guage sheet metal to repair the floor pans.

Some pics from the Marysville meet. I stole them from the Event thread :)
