]2eDeYe
She drives that at the moment, but I get to drive my green 620. Should be driving this one again in no time. Got a bit further on the relay cover. Drill out the only broken bolt from removing the dented fender and cleaned the threads with a tap. Still have to clean up a bit of rust and make a gasket for the fender to fender well joint. 1 Quote Link to comment

]2eDeYe
Thanks, hopefully have it all welded up this weekend that and the fender bolted on should see me daily driving it again on Monday. Can not wait :D Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
Got a little work done today. Got the ECU mounted. Cleaned up the inner fender, wirewheeled the rust, hosed it off with brake clean and layed down a couple coats of red. I'm going to use a inner tube as a gasket between the fender and inner fender. Gasket material Interesting tidbet, apparantly at some point the designers changed the location of the front fender mounting tabs... I also finished up the fab on the relay cover. I plan to get it polished and partially powdercoated with a graphic. Once the fender get's mounted, I'll be able to drive it again. :D Quote Link to comment

Thanks man, I drove it before that pic and drove it into work today :D I have to say, no longer cringing when I drive over a bump is a fantastic feeling. Forgot how fast this thing is. Need to get the carrier bearing replaced as it get's a little shakey, need to buy some new u-joints before I fix that. Quote Link to comment

Richard4872
I found a truck sitting behind a Ducati shop here locally. It's a 620 Deluxe. The only problem I see in it is it has no floorpans. Did you have any problems with yours, and if so, where did you find replacements? Quote Link to comment

Did you have any problems with yours, and if so, where did you find replacements? The floors in this one are solid. Most guys use some 16 guage sheet metal to repair the floor pans.
