If you're doing an aftermarket stereo you would do better just to go ahead and run new wire, a ductwork zip tie with the head cut off makes a good fish tape to get through the doors if you happen to have the rubber boots. Although I would recommend kick pods for Better Sound and location rather than trying to run them through the door. A decent four channel amp can run the fronts and then Bridge channels 3 and 4 for a subwoofer behind the seat. Later on down the line if you decide to add a more powerful subwoofer you can put a monoblock in. The reason you bridge or use a monoblock for your subwoofers is because Subs are too low of a sound to really distinguish from what direction they come from. That will free up the four channel to bi amp your front speakers so you can run mids on two channels and the tweets on 3 and for with the bonus of each pair has their own settings.

I have an 85/86 King Cab 4x4 sitting in the backyard, pretty much parts only. Mike could tell you if the windshields is compatible with a regular cab. I might have a couple dashboards and other assorted fenders, doors, body panels, Etc. And assortment of other parts. I'd have to go out and look at it again to see if the windshield is any good, and you'd have to truck your ass up here to get it, I don't do deliveries or mail. I could help you get it out but I ain't guaranteeing the seals are going to be a good after removal.
