                          I read an article in the local paper that said that welding hemets

don't protect your eyes from all of the rays.If you do that,you could burn your eyes.

It's auto darkening and set to max dark and max sensitivity. They recommend 13 or over.

I think you can take a peek.. dont know if the Mayans had eclipse glasses. Few seconds, mask or not can't be a problem. But don't believe me , NASA has trillions of dollars and all the hype means it's true
