Saw a Peta sign last time I was in Portland

"if you wouldn't eat your dog, why would you eat a pig? Go vegan". -PETA

To answer your question peta because the pig is more delicious.

The whole thing with that point of argument is that we as humans have made certain animals domestic pets as opposed to others (obviously cats and dogs as an example are practical to have as a pet due to size reasons) but from a physiological perspective any animal is technically edible.

Even human yes but again considered taboo for psychological reasons.

Registration for insurance purposes.

Municipal and police vehicles in Washington state get exempt registration. A modest paperwork fee is paid once when the vehicle is placed in service. Government agencies are 'self insured'. Rather than buy insurance on the open market, they put up a bond against any claims for liability or loss.

Human has many physiological reasons as well. Biologically speaking, eating humans is risky. As well, eating pork is risky, as they have very close hemoglobin.

The Australian Defence Force self insure all their vehicles but at same time have registration plates that they make to identify their vehicles.
