Totally agree and have been saying this forever. Politics changes slowly, there's great inertia. The president does not sit with one finger on the nukes button. This is a popular myth to scare other countries and fire up the ignorant. Big changes are proposed and passed and he may sign them into existence. Everyday stuff? no. A good president has a posse of advisers and staff to keep thinks running. Generally, business as usual. Not saying there are no changes just slow changes.
