This is my mates International which I believe were the same as a dodge, runs a 338 V8 I think, He runs a steel fab company, I'm working/talking about getting maybe a ls swap or efi conversion and gearbox update just to make it nice and some airbags down the track.

That is the same cab that IHC used in the US, with a different front end. Not the same as a Dodge. IH used thicker steel in their bodywork than the big 3 did so they held up to rough use better. I grew up on a farm, so I have experience with the brand. 😎
