There were 2 Avantis in the Hillsboro fourth of July parade fully restored, 2 years ago. I know for sure 1 of the 2 was the real deal, I talked to the guy for awhile.

Its the same guy, but he no longer works at the mall. He now works at a place just past it right behind Oreilys. I was picking up an oil pan gasket when I saw it parked there. Was just going to snap a pic, but saw he had a Ratsun sticker in the window. I didnt recognize the car so I went in to meet the guy. Seems pretty cool!

 

And no I did not get a tramp stamp. :rolleyes:
