Internet providers

I am soooo tired of TRYING to read through all the BS in small print. Why can't they just say in bold print how much your going to have to pay later. Makes it difficult to want to do business with any of them. We don't even use our house phone. Just the internet. Don't see paying the 75 bucks for a package that only gets half used.

Question: what are some of you using for internet / TV and, roughly, what is it costing you a month? Also, are you happy with what your getting?

$30 a month unlimited bandwith. I seems alright, sometimes I swear they throttle the speed. Only other option for me hear is dsl, and I don't really want that.

yea that is not right. Download is not fast enough. I consistently get faster.

my mom runs charter, they are pretty good. usually around 20/25mbps upload, 20mbps download.

Get Comcast or whoever, get Netflix, never bother with cable/satillite TV again.

Comcast is the WORST internet provider I've ever had to deal with. All the reasons listed above ^^^^

I have comunistcast, their customer service does suck ass. Well known for making un authorised bank with drawls too. I pay $80 a month for internet and basic cable through them.

THis is our only DSL isp here.......we pay for speeds UP TO 5mbps but this is what we get day in/out..........frontier sucks.

That's mainly because of their "speed boost" thing. It's really only like 15mbit consistently.

im leeching off my neighbors clear connection. i had one of their USB 4g connections for awhile, it was only 35$ a month but i rarely got 4g speeds and when i downloaded too much in a day it would auto shut off; which seemed to happen alot.

I wasn't really looking for an internet dyno. I have to admit though, it was pretty cool to see how freak'n slow my computer is. I just wanted to know the; they suck, their service techs are idiots, these guys are great and why. Looking at the dyno sheets, lol, looks like comcast is pretty quick. I'm pretty sure they are local here too.

Had comcast, kicked them bastards out. Have knology know. Less overall hd, More Atlanta braves trying to give the wild card away :(
