JoeCool
I got bored and did this: Skull and crossbones on both doors, Drunk smiley on hood. Just messing around. Had almost a whole can left over after painting my gauge cluster cover and a roof of a wooden bird feeder. I kinda like it! Adds to the rat rod look. Quote Link to comment
JoeCool
Well, my old shift stock vinyl shift boot had seen better days. Full of rips, holes, and stained. Got the idea from another forum to do a shift boot made from a half gallon Crown Royal Black Label bag. The bag: Cut off the bottom just below the label. (I decided Ididn't want label shown) Clipped it in place. Used the bigass paper clips because I only had two factory clips. The finished result: I like it! 2 Quote Link to comment

JoeCool
New Dickies brand black waterproof/stain resistant canvas seat cover from Walmart. Got tired of the old one. Was faded, stretched out and sliding around and just got tired of the style/pattern. OLD: NEW! wayno
Its been blown just picked up this truck and well its been sitting for a while. And water did its work. Did not know it had sat, a cylinder will turn that color in a day out in the open after scoured out with steam(blown headgasket). I bought a engine once that sat outside for a couple years(decades), it had been rebuilt, but got water in two of the cylinders, one cylinder had to be bored and sleeved, but it was worth it, as it was a U20 with all new parts, I have that engine in my roadster, it runs great. I suppose that it's not worth chasing after an unknown L block, if another one is just around the corner. Quote Link to comment

Lowandslow
I painted my high beams yellow. Pretty impressed with how easy it was. Bought a can of yellow Metalcast paint at oreillys. Wet sanded them and just did light coats. 7 in total and the light output is still great!! Quote Link to comment
