datzenmike 30,750 Report post Posted September 1, 2018 tra8ter said that sucking on a cow's teat wasn't natural. (in a way true I guess) Assuming he really means ingesting cow's milk. I said that all mammals feed their young breast milk... it's one of the definitions of being a mammal. You trolled that you'd like to see me sucking on a pigs tit which isn't what we were talking about. We were discussing young mammals that can't be fed solid food yet. I never once said that 'they' are making milk from almonds I did say the breast milk (any mammal) breast milk is more natural than trying to ingest almond 'milk'. Most baby formulas contain..... milk. Almonds don't have teats. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Codex_Alimentarius defines what is milk and precludes all non dairy, non mammalian sources. Same as margarine. You can call it what ever you like but you can't call it butter. 1 Quote Share this post Link to post
tr8er 6,112 Report post Posted September 1, 2018 I've never agreed to calling nut milks "milk". I'd prefer they had their own name. But for marketing reasons, they did what they did. I've always thought drinking cows milk was odd. But it stops there for me cuz cheese, cream, cream cheese, butter, and many other milk products are just worth sinning for. Pacific Gouge & Extortion has been running adds for this proposition calling it a "modernization of the power grid." These are the same lazy ass holes that blew up an entire neighborhood in San Bruno Ca because they weren't maintaining their gas lines as required by law. Now they're trying to get us to pay for their F ups.... Yeeeeaaah NO, I don't think so sparky. Quote Share this post Link to post

I remember when I was in Muskogee working on my grandpa's dairy orchard and getting up at the crack of dawn to milk the almonds. Very natural. Who says I can't call it butter?
