FrankenDime
Hey guys, I put some "fins" on the dime(in front of the back wheels) as I had some inspiration from another member with a 2 door. Looking for your thoughts on these. 2 Quote Link to comment
FrankenDime
Also installed some 2000 honda civic fogs and added a beehive hexagon pattern to the glass. 1 Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Your canvas. It does make the car less recognizable. 1 Quote Link to comment

Draker
If you asking for opinions.. I personally wouldn't. That being said, its your car, your canvas. Make it your own. Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
I'm curious about the bezels those fogs are mounted in. Are those also factory civic or what are they? Quote Link to comment
racerx
If you are having thoughts then no also why are you asking for our approval? Quote Link to comment
q-tip
Would be more fitting if your exhaust was there but it's not awful. Quote Link to comment

heywier427
It looks busy. Nismo stickers on the doors, get them the fuck off. (my opinion) :) Maybe only the rears, and remove the fronts? Also in for the fog light bezel answer. That looks pretty cool. Give us a pic of the front, like 10' away, on a bit of an angle. Crazy what neon and natural light to do that paint. heywier427
Show us/yourself, how it looks by removing the front wings, and only keeping the rears on. 1 Quote Link to comment

heywier427
Yes, I misread your initial post. I thought you said "on front and back wheels" You did not, you said in front of the back wheels. Youve got hood pins, so the whole car is kinda ricey. It just looks like its trying too hard to be seen. Quote Link to comment
heywier427
and Im sorry to say that. Just my opinion. Its a 40 year old classic. It does not need to try to be anything but. 1 Quote Link to comment
Seeker > 620 KC
I like fins...on fish. But not if they're screwed on. I agree with Franken D.... busy, busy, busy. But I also agree with Draker... if it trips your trigger, keep messing with it. Quote Link to comment
bananahamuck
Yeah the front unlimited hydro canards on front aren't my taste either. Back ones that you asked about, don't affect me either way to be honest. Also my opinion...... There is so much black on car,, the stripe on hood seems to much, or redundant or something. The stickers make it look different than all the bazillion other 510s you see though so i kinda like them. Quote Link to comment
hobbes_the_cat
I like the fogs but I hate the fins. Too busy. I only say this because you asked for an opinion. ;) Quote Link to comment
john510
I don't like it,looks Honduh like.You asked. Quote Link to comment
G8KeaPoR
Well if it isnt a mid to late 50's car it doesn't have fins but... I have never been a fan of canards on anything that wasn't a GT car throwing sparks out the rear as it drags down the race track. For starters they really only server a purpose on an aerodynamically designed for them to actually create noticeable downforce which a brick (510) won't do. Two the liability from someone walking past and cutting themselves because they aren't watching where they are walking. Finally because when the damage they do to the surrounding area when they get ripped off from whatever which they will. P.S. they look out of place on a 510 or any pre 90's japanese car Go with an air dam and a splitter. Looks better and is actually functional. This is of course my opinion and ultimately it is your car which means what you think is all that matters. **EDIT** I take it back on the what you think part. It's a 4 door so I feel like putting performance looking things on it is like a guy putting a performance (loud coffee can) exhaust on his mazda 626..... Why? Quote Link to comment
