datsunfreak
I just don't know... that scheme makes a mighty bolt statement. Of course I do have two sets of 14" turbine wheels kicking about as well. Let me grok the picture a little more and give it some thought. I'm thinking just orange with turbines? Then maybe do the graphics in vinyl down the road? That way if you end up wishing you hadn't... 1 Quote Link to comment
dimlight65
I never thought I would say something as heinous as the following... Ahem, it's too bad I'm not a Camaro fan (bleh, that leaves a bad taste just typing it, but I'll move on). If I were, I could do an homage to one of the sixties Trans Am racers, onna counta these things look kind of like miniature '67 Camaros... sort of thing. 1 Quote Link to comment

datsunfreak
Except a 1200 looks more like a Camaro than a Mustang You offer the drowning man a life preserver and he says, "nah, I'll catch the next boat"... 2 Quote Link to comment
KiloTango1200
It's not a Camaro or a Mustang, but it would look really good as a 1200 coupe painted that way. It really needs the rear spoiler!!! Quote Link to comment
Spoona_Jay21
when i see a 1200 fastback, i think it looks most like a 67' stang fastback. ANYWAY! i am glad to see this thing gettin some attention! Quote Link to comment
goes2fast
Except a 1200 looks more like a Camaro than a Mustang I think from the side and rear it looks a lot like a 66 Mustang fast back. Quote Link to comment
DaBlist
I like the Boss Mustang strip and the BRE strips. You could mix it up 4 Quote Link to comment

datsunfreak
It really needs the rear spoiler!!! Would you be surprised to learn the rear spoiler from a '77-81 Trans Am fits a 1200? Just sayin'... B) But one like that Mustang would be pretty damn cool, too... Maybe even a Skyline rear spoiler? 1 Quote Link to comment

datsunfreak
Wow, I may have to look into a Skyline rear spoiler for the 2dr. Sedan Decently priced replicas from Malaysia tend to pop up on ebay from time to time. From Japan they can be crazy expensive. 1 Quote Link to comment

KiloTango1200
Thought you would like this. Our Operations VP recently did a resto job on a beautiful Porsche 928. This decal is on the rear window. 2 Quote Link to comment
dimlight65
... a beautiful Porsche 928. I recognize all of those words, but arranged in that order is confusing to me. 6 Quote Link to comment
datsunfreak
Picked up an inexpensive metal brake for the shop... Decided to test it out on the metal we bought for the floor pan repairs... It's a bit hard to use with this thick stuff, but with slightly thinner stuff it works great... 2 Quote Link to comment
