As long as it was an in state car it's really not a big process in Oregon. Mike got that 4x4 720 from me without a title and all he has to do is wait two weeks to hear back from the original owner, if they don't hear back you can get a title within a week. Which lines up pretty much perfect with how long the temp tags last.
