Draker Posted January 22, 2015 Report Share Posted January 22, 2015 1966 datsun 520 pickup - $500 (971 Nyssa St. Junction City, OR) 1966 datsun 520 pickup starts and runs but not a driver. brakes and clutch need a master cylinder. fuse box has been bypassed with links. have manual, grill and split rear bumper. glass is good, windows go up and down. doors open and shut and style lines look ok all around. not much body damage per se but this will take lots of time to make it sweet like it should be. not many '60's datsuns around anymore! $500 and you haul it away Bumpers, dash, windshield worth asking price. I could walk to this truck... it's just down the street. Guy in classifieds bought truck and is trying to flip now. Quote Link to comment

Lots of potential in that car but its a major hack job. For someone that could do a lot of the work themselves, its an okay value. You're probably looking at over 2k+ to just get the body looking nice. I'd say another 1-2k+ in tuning. Honestly, to get that car looking and running nice. You could easily sink another 5-10k into it. Maybe I'm just a hater, but I'd rather buy one of the turn key SR20 swaps floating around. Quote Link to comment
