It was still a newer engine back then. Maybe this car was built in the 80's... or maybe the builder is just stuck in the 80's... Quote Link to comment

It has a Toyota 1JZGTE VVTi, ECU, MAF, with an uncut wire harness, Tomi elbow, an R154 bolted up to it with a new stage 3 clutch setup. The b-housing is a factory Toyota. I also have the innercooler. Everything is in the car with a custom engine and trans mount along with the aluminum driveshaft. It will need everything else done, wiring, cooling, etc, etc. This is going to be a very fast car with this engine! I simply do not have enough time in the day to complete it. I will not separate. I am firm on the price. A small list of what it will come with the car along with what I paid, 1Jzgte VVTi $2000, r154 $1500, bell housing $375, 'Tech Two' engine mount with aluminum d-shaft, shifter relocate $1700, Tomi $325, C's short shifter $375, 72 Z with new floor pans and miscellaneous parts $1000. I sure I'm missing some stuff I bought for it. But as you can see, I have more into it than my asking price..... This is a great deal for someone if you have what it takes to finish it or use the engine and trans in a supra swap. You will need to tow it as it doesn't run.
