skyblue
i knew i recognized you and your car. i live in ripon and you and a bunch of buddies showed up at the local skatepark (i skate alot) and you were all driving some cool cars. we started talking and you said you were driving a friends car, an integra of some sort i believe, and you said "its not my car, my car is ugly" or something like that. and you showed me a picture on your phone. and it was your 510. and just from that picture i fell in love with those cars and down the road i bought a 1969 510 wagon. its gone now because it kept breaking down and i didnt have the funds or time for it. but i just wanna say thanks! lol this is what my wagon looked like when i sold it. i now own this So you sold your wagon cause it kept breaking down, and now you have a 620? Is the 620 in tip top shape? Cause that wagon looks in better shape than the 620. 1 Quote Link to comment
Rollover_Red
so last night a buddy of mine asked if he could take a picture of my car for a school project, and of course i said it was fine. so he told me to follow him to a location where we were gonna shoot. we get there and it was PITCH BLACK and he doesnt have a flash. i ask him how we were gonna do the shoot and if he was high, and all he said was, "we are gonna paint the car". i immediately responded with, "fuck no you arent!!!!" long story short, we took 5 shots with ten second exposures, and 1 twenty minute exposure. we used lights to light up the car but not in one spot. its super cool seeing this be done. this is the result: 10 Quote Link to comment

Rollover_Red
so kind of a big update on the car. if you are on the ratsun group on facebook, then you probably have seen my updates. but here are some pretty cool things i have done to the bucket recently. first off i put in some dual mikuni 44's and got them running decently. still need to tune them on a legit dyno with a jetting swap probably, but this is what they look like: this is the linkage i had to fabricate from a old toyota truck with a 20r in it: i also scored a LEGIT bride seat from a good friend of mine for $80!!!! his car was stolen, then recovered wrecked around a tree, the seat was still good and he sold it to me for super cheap. i then scored a Thule roofrack for $100 with a basket. i can now haule stuff around that i cant fit into my trunk. i then picked up some Negative Camber Roll Center Adjusters(NCRCA) from Techno Toy Tuning. im the first dime to try these babies and they work beautifully! this is the stance of the front wheels before the NCRCA's: and this is after NCRCA's: i also spaced out the rear wheels a tad to even out the wheels front-to-back: also here are some random pictures of my baby =D 1 Quote Link to comment

Rollover_Red
ok so i picked up some camber plates from Techno toy tuning, as well as some of those beautiful bearing spring perches(forgive me if that name is incorrect). i love them to death and i also got rid of the main rubbing issue i was having. im lower than ever and i need to start lifting the motor a little to make sure i dont but my oil pan.... here are some pictures: some of you might hate the fact that i am soo low, but just remember; im young, dumb, and from california ;) 2 Quote Link to comment

datzenmike
I'm not getting the neg camber on a street car. Quote Link to comment
Rollover_Red
I'm not getting the neg camber on a street car. its mainly because i want to be low as a daily. to achieve my goal, i had to run this much camber to clear my wheels from the fenders(even after a sever fender pull). but thats also the beauty of running adjustable camber plates and coilovers, i have the option to correct everything if i want to go do a track event. i love being low, but i also love track racing.
