DatDoug
If you were gonna get another mini truck what would you get. Personally I would love to have a mazda rotory:D Toyota HiLux Mazda Rotory Dodge D50 Chevy Luv Chevy S-10 Ford Courier Mazda B series Ford Ranger Quote Link to comment
LAYEDOUTB2K
considering i have a Mazda b series, im gonna say that. ive also always wanted a Toyota Stout hence my name layedoutbk2(b2000) Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
I know where this early mazda is just rotting away. I'd love to adopt it but I just don't have the room. :( Quote Link to comment
hang_510
my first p/u was a hilux. my next 3 p/u's were toys. now i have a '02 4runner. i feel claustraphobic in most mini trucks (im 6') Quote Link to comment
Icehouse
I had to choose the mazda, my first rig was a mazda B2000 sundowner deluxe :D I always thought a rotory truck would be cool! Quote Link to comment
Bleach
I like the 1990's S10, but so does everyone else in the world. Quote Link to comment
dat521gatherer
i like the look of the first courier. should have broken this up into 70's vs 80's or import vs domestic or mini vs mid. i would consider the ranger and s-10 mid sized trucks. no offense good poll idea. the wife and i have a 2nd and 3rd gen jetta's. iv'e always been curious about the vw truck. i notice it's not on the list and neither is the brat. now those were mini trucks. if i were picking a mid sized truck today it would have to be a dakota sport. OL YELLER
No thanks, I will walk first........(old Farts like me are cantakerous SOB's aren't I???) Quote Link to comment
moparvwfreak
if i didn't have my datsun i would still be searching for a truck like my old one. it was a 79 'Yota Hilux 3/4 ton longbed. 20R 4spd. not a single dent or rust spot. the ONLY flaw was the drivers seat was ripped. didn't leak or anything and passed emissions with flying colors. never should have sold it. :( Quote Link to comment
makya
I'd get one of those 80's valkswagon rabbit pickups. those things are awesome! Quote Link to comment
Cuts metal like mad
I'd have to say toyota... but only 84-85 4x4 pickup or 4runner... I miss my old one, that thing went anywhere, but love my 620 MORE! Quote Link to comment
datzenmike
Depends if the 'yoda came with 4wd. Then... I'd put a 620 body on it.:D:D Quote Link to comment
73dat
ford courier all the way..................:D Quote Link to comment
ppeters914
Gotta be the Mazda RE-PU: Quote Link to comment
ppeters914
hehehehehehehe....good one! :fu: Quote Link to comment
datsunfish
Definitely the REPU. My favorite next to the 521(sorry). Also the B1600 is almost as cool as the repu and then the ford courier 2 headlight version. Early Toyota hilux are cool. I had a 79 with a 20r that was killer. I also later had a 720 single cab because I liked it more than the 84+ toyota body style, but then I discovered the 521.:fu:Hands down the sexiest damn truck ever made. I dont know what I would do without it. Quote Link to comment
Velvetpants57
i would go re-pu or toyota stout Quote Link to comment

That was a sweet ass tuff truck:D Quote Link to comment
moparvwfreak
I'd get one of those 80's valkswagon rabbit pickups. those things are awesome! i ahve one. they are awsome BUT i owuld rather ahve a RWD truck. the bunny truck is just gonna be a show peice. Quote Link to comment
datsunaholic
Ohh! A Dodge Rampage! I actually liked those as a kid. Mainly because they had one in the showroom when my Dad bought his (now departed) van in 1983. Then again, I liked Chevy Citations when I was a kid too... Not so great once I actually HAD one. No accounting for taste, I guess (well, an X-11 would still be pretty cool in a big-hair sort of way). Quote Link to comment
HRH
The guy down the street just sold his very nice looking 77 620 pickup for a Dodge Rampage. (Because they only made them for a couple years, he said.) He's missing some front teeth, kinda figures, eh? :) But I would take a 76 Ford Courier (Mazda 1800 p/u) if there were no Datsuns. That was my first truck, and it was a blast. If I could have found it after my parents sold it a few years ago, I would have bought it back, rust and all. Quote Link to comment
stilltwisted
late 80s gmc syclone Quote Link to comment
Woody
I'd go with a repu but I'm 6'2 and every time I shift my knee hits the dash. That gets really old after a week. Quote Link to comment
DatDoug
No Dodge D-50 lovers?? It must be the powertrain, cause I think they look cool. I had a 86 4x4 and it was the most gutless vehicle I have ever had. Quote Link to comment
