datsunfreak
Good friend of mine drove one of these in high school. Advertising at the time said GLC stood for "Great Little Car", but since another friend drove an Omni GLH (Goes Like Hell) we always said it meant Goes Like Crap. ^_^ 1 Quote Link to comment

MikeRL411
My sister bought one of these. She agreed with the Great Little Car in as much as it was the best she could afford at the time. She bought the very basic model. Her kids decided that she needed a stereo radio, so bought her one. Her son started the install and discovered that the factory had pre-installed the wiring harness and all speakers! Made the upgrade a whole lot easier! I guess that the stereo was a dealer installed option, so the factory pre installed all cars with a standard wiring harness etc. Quote Link to comment

angliagt
I think Road&Track nailed it,when the called it a "Pretty Good Little Car" (PGLC?). I drove one as a loaner, when my R100 was in the shop.It was a total appliance. 2 Quote Link to comment

125 CSL
Rally is really a mess now. Ken is a talented driver, has changed the image to stunt driving. Fans on the track in Europe did not help the situation. Something I would not mind seeing. Changed back into groups. Except one AWD, one RWD, and one FWD. Production and modified. 125 CSL
Across the factory floor, the millionth 911 http://www.carbuzz.com/news/2017/5/11/This-Is-The-Stunning-One-Millionth-Porsche-911-7739155/ Going into the factory collection. http://blog.dupontregistry.com/news/porsche-911-one-millionth-5112017/ "Records show that over 70% of all 911s are still registered, which would make you wonder how they continue to sell over 700,000 cars on the road." http://jalopnik.com/the-one-millionth-porsche-911-is-exceedingly-lovely-1795121703 "It’s going on tour first around the Nürburgring and the rest of Europe, then the U.S. and China} guess you kind of had to expect Porsche to put it on tour Quote Link to comment
difrangia
Love the tall greenhouse and low beltline on this critter. Chopped tops & 'Gansta' styling are for someone other than me. 'Case in Point', our '89 Ford Festiva named 'Fish Patrol' on a little jaunt this morning. Catfish for supper. Hands down, the best damned value in an automobile that I've ever owned. 1 Quote Link to comment
