     Interesting to see them there,as they can't be legally registered

in California.Must have been bought by someone to flip to an out-

of-state buyer.

      Here in Virginia,you see these time to time as their are quite a few

dealers that sell them.Duncan Imports is probably the best known one.

There is one of them Toyota vans rolling around in my area. Seen it 3 or 4 times.

Just never able to grab a pic of it.

Not smog legal?

If they were for a flip they look to have been sitting a long time

         That and the fact that every other state allows you to import vehicles

25 years or older,bit not California.

        There are ways around that,such as paying a company lots of $$$'s

to make it comply.

Grey market vehicles are  a hard no at CA DMV. I have a grey market HJ60 that I was able to register only because it had previously been registered in CA. My reg guy said it would not have been possible without the previous CA reg.
