uberkevin
Everything spins. Can't take the nylon off unless I have some needle-nose pliers holding the bolt from spinning.. or something! Cuz I don't really want to do that. 1 Quote Link to comment

uberkevin
Here's what's up now. Lol. Buying the wiring specialties harness made me have to get an s14 o2 sensor. Sucks cuz I already had a working o2 that I was going to use. Now I cant. So I bought an s14 DE o2 sensor. Turns out I can't use it either. It doesn't fit in my manifold. Hole to big. O2 to small. What would you guys do? Get some kinda nut the screws into my manifold that allowsme to screw the smaller one into?? Anyone know anything like that? Or did I just buy the wrong one? Lol Why would there be tworking different sizes! 1 Quote Link to comment
uberkevin
I guess this is a common problem people make. This is what's needed. http://www.frsport.com/DIF-10083-O2-Oxygen-Sensor-Adapter-M18-x-1-5mm-to-M12-x-1-25mm_p_15989.html Wonder if I can find this locally so I don't have to wait for shipping. 4 Quote Link to comment
Lockleaf
I have never sold an O2 sensor that wasn't m18 in ten years selling auto parts. That's bizarre. If not for the photo i would have sworn you were mistaken. But i just checked and there area number of obd1 Nissan downstream O2 sensors with that m12 thread pitch on them. If you have an m12 tap, you could buy an m18 oil drain plug at O'Reilly and drill and tap your own. 5 Quote Link to comment
uberkevin
That's an excellent idea!! Thanks Lockleaf. I ran around town asking for what I needed, the auto part stores seemed confused when I told them I needed to go from M18 to M12. The best auto store around that's not a big-name franchise just a local auto parts store said that he's never seen M12 O2 sensor. Haha 2 Quote Link to comment
