Master-O-Turbonics
So the black and green and all the other colors on the 521 were starting to piss me off.Got some Rustoleum Harbor blue in cans and did some work early this morning Quote Link to comment
]2eDeYe
That color looks fantastic. What color are you doing the tube work? Quote Link to comment
Master-O-Turbonics
Gloss White Rustoleum. Very easy to respray with cans between each time wheeling and the light colors hide any... cough cough...body damage that may occur. lol! The kicked-in driver door doesn't look nearly as bad now! Notice the passenger side rocker rail. Quote Link to comment
Charlie69
This is looking good! How did you form the bottom edge of the front fender where it is bobbed. That roll looks factory. Great work and love the color scheme. Quote Link to comment
Master-O-Turbonics
Its close to factory, but I couldn't get the radius tight enough to perfectly match. I just used a big english wheel and body hammers/dollies. Its not that nice up close yet but getting there. Heck its a 4x4 it'll probably get smashed into a tree or something and I'll just straighten it back out. I just used offset aviation tin snips(best sheet metal cutting tool in the world short of a beverly shear) to cut the fender then rolled the lip with the english wheel, then beat the lip under with hammer/dollies Quote Link to comment

Master-O-Turbonics
That color combo will look great  Thanks! I swear I'm going to actually get this thing driving! I spent the last month or two moving closer to work and getting married, so yeah this Saturday is my first time to able to touch the truck in the longest time... been a minute or two. 1 Quote Link to comment
