AEM UEGO. came with the gauge and o2 sensor, you can connect it to standalone ecu (haltech etc) and data loggers. I got mine for about $180

As far as I knew, I got a jive old N42 L28 block with the timing chain still with it. (just the block, I found a N42 head from somewhere else). Put the head on, and went to install a new chain, but turned out it was too short, I know its supposed to be snug, but this was a no-way-gonna-fit short. The new chain measured 110 links, which is the stock length right? The chain that came with the motor is 114 links, and after google searching it turns out that length was only used on a L20B? TL;DR: Am I ok to run a 114 link chain on my L28 (as long as theres 42 links between the marks, per stock), or figure out how to make the stock 110 link work? (through sprocket change etc etc)

^ funny you should say that, one came in to my work today, had the erod (?) kit (50 state smog legal swap) looked pretty good in there

For Hagerty you have to have a daily driver (that isnt a motorcycle) and it has to be driven less than 8 or 10,000 miles per year (thats what they told me, but cool if they said unlimited for you). and I cant remember if it was Hagerty or not...but I know one of the classic car insurers wouldnt let you insure with them if you were younger than 35!

Watched the last shulltle land this afternoon from my back yard. Also watched the first shuttle Enterprise being test mated to the original 747 transporter aitcraft many years age. Kids wanted to go to Circus Circus so we detoured across the Mohave, stopped by Edwards AFB and saw the ground crew hoist the Enterprise, position it over the 747 and bolt it up. First and last.

I work in shipping, and if its a cheap part/cust wants the cheapest way, its post office. but yeah like jefe said, do it online, $5.20 or so for flat rate priority mail (small box and envelope), and hope that it gets there. anything else is ups, $11 but you get tracking/everything else.

Had a guy rebuild the motor in my Z...5 months later driving home it sounds like valves hitting/nothing good...I later pull the engine to find a rag in the timing chain galley, which got chewed up and coated the oil pick up tube...aaand im still rebuilding it.. :mad: -

Theres a motorcycle thread in the Other Projects/non datsuns area, as for me... 1990 Yamaha FZR1000. For me, the twin headlights meant THE superbike since I was a kid, and my dad had yamahas and harleys, so I've always wanted to get one -

ha, I had the exact same issue (I even think I made a rant thread about it somewhere) try Coke-a-cola (phosphoric acid, which was mentioned earlier) or gasoline (if its well ventilated). I dunno about yours, but my hoa is the passive aggressive type, which actually led to some good lawls a couple times...

Oh I'll be taking oics for sure! That sounds kinda sad about Titusville, but I'd love to go there. Im imagining itll be more than crowded along the whole way, but Ill see what I can do about the datto lol.

So, the Endeavour is supposed to come live at the California Science Center at the end of october. To get there, its going to be towed 13 miles through Inglewood from lax to the center (down manchester to crenchaw to the center) on Oct 12 and 13. What really made me go holy shit was the amount of power lines/trees/streetlights they said would have to be moved to clear the 78 foot wingspan!
