I would be wanting the trunk lid and the rear 4-5 in of the body. Or maby just the metal around the tail lights and/or the tail lights, bumper, and the rear roll pan? I understand that these things are worth money and would be willing to trade money for the afore mentioned auto parts. I have alwayse wanted to do a tail light or rear cap swap. You know the roll pan and the rear pan. I will end up putting the licence plate under the bumper and flushing it up to the body as much as possable. Had the 610 been moving at a high rate of speed, the accident marks would show that after impact, it moved ahead, leaving horizontal abrading marks. None of that is present. The impact clearly shows the other car could had prevented it, because the impact is located at the center of the vehicle, versus being located in the before fender section of the car. The fact the other driver was unlicensed does not mean the vehicle was not insured. Was the other driver a minor? If an adult, is she married? Her spouse would be personaly liable . No car in the state of CA can be registered w/o an insurance policy current. That car was insured. The attorney has to investigate what kind of insurance that car had, who did it belong to, what kind of relationship there is between the driver and the owner of said vehicle, and what kind of properties/real estate/ assets this people have.
