Awesome, I have a canopy so I will actually be slightly not drenched in Oregonian weirdness called rain

Isn't there someone who camps under a dime?.

That has been blown out of all proportion. My first Canby I got in late at 11:30 and was let in.  I was on the road about 18 hours and slept under the rear bumper of my 710 sedan.

Icehouse slept outside on a 510 rear seat with an electric blanket once.

Sorry I live in sunny liberal California were it dose not rain. And open trailer if you must no.

Just don't let a little drizzle keep you from making the trip. Come up and enjoy the people, cars, shenanigans, and grab ass.

Yes Mr. Bronto-soreass.

I always bring thin rain pants and a water proof windbreaker and sweater and sweat pants for under... warm and dry. Maybe this is why it seldom is damp at Canby. Come prepared.

I'm soft committing , 15 hrs.. coming unprepared

Sometimes you just have to go for it. Road trips are more adventurous the less you prepare. In '69 a friend an I on 20 min notice left at 7:30 PM and drove all night from southern Ontario to Boston then up to Montreal. In a '62 MG Midget.
