As for kicking him... it'd missing removed or not showing on my version. Doesn't show the cop out of control or raving either. After the guy passed the cop his lights are obviously on as the first vehicle immediately pulls over out of the way. Have you watched this ? Link to comment

He pulled over because LIGHTS. There is no kick or ranting. The video background vehicles jump like parts deleted. Sick of watching the same ... nothing. The cop moving trough traffic like is okay? Kicking someone after falling to the ground is okay?
