On the menu: Butternut squash soup with crab, lime, and sriracha Pan seared Pacific Salmon & prawns, on a bed of Barley Risotto, and wilted Kale Fresh baked Gingerbread with poached pairs, red wine reduction, and whipped cream mascarpone.
